Helping Columbus State Students Have a Memorable Educational Experience

In summer of 2026 Columbus State Community College is sending a group of students in STEM and business majors to Dresden for a 10-day stay that is part of an exchange program between CSCC and the Dresden, Germany, based Vocational School for Electrical Engineering and IT (“BSZET”).
CSCC students will be matched with BSZET student partners, attend classes and labs, tour their partners’ training companies and gain insight into the German workforce development model.
For most of the students, this will be their first opportunity to travel abroad and actively engage with people of a different culture, with a different history and traditions. It will also be an opportunity to learn how much we have in common with the global community.
Dresden Sister City, Inc. is proud to support the CSCC / BSZET exchange program, and we invite you to be a part of this endeavor. Your participation will help to provide students with profound and meaningful experiences that will have a positive influence in their lives and help shape their future.
