The Westbridge Camera Club in Columbus and Fotoklub Exakta in Dresden have completed their 10th photography print exchange and contest.
The clubs exchanged photo prints, and each club’s members voted on their favorite prints from their sister club.

Photography Exchange History
In 2005, Columbus’ Mark Fohl was awarded an artist residency in Dresden by the Greater Columbus Arts Council. Mark’s proposal was to establish a relationship between his camera club in Columbus and a camera club in Dresden.
Mark achieved his goal, building a partnership with the Fotoklub Exakta and its president, Manfred Zabel. The clubs agreed to exchange photo prints as a personal and authentic way to share each club’s love of photography. As part of the exchange, it was also established that there would be a friendly competition in which club members would vote on their favorite prints from the other group.
Now, two decades later, the photo exchange program is still going strong. The photo contest occurs every two years.
